Return Shipping:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Prozono will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Other Returns (e.g., Change of Mind): If you are returning an item for reasons other than it being defective or incorrect (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:
