Are your headphones comfortable?

How do I choose the right headphones?

Choosing the right headphones depends on your individual needs and preferences. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order. Orders placed after daily cut off time, (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Our estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-8 business days after processing.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return headphones. You may return your unused headphones within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@prozono.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the headphones.

Please note the following return conditions:

    • The headphones must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • All tags and labels must be attached.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
